MADE IN ITALY

Italian craftsmanship is our code of excellence. Passing down values and know-how from generation to generation, with a continuous search for excellence. ‘Made in Italy’ is a distinctive feature across all our products. A legacy of Italian beautiful design and well-made manufacturing where craftsmanship expertise merges with creativity to meet our customers’ needs.

Italy’s unique manufacturing excellence allows to combine the tradition of craftsmanship with modern technology. Trabattoni’s heritage and identity is deeply rooted in the Italian territory where we source materials to guarantee excellent quality: choosing the best

woods, selecting lacquers, fabrics and the wide range of finishes. Our manufacturing site is located in the Brianza district where the culture of work is a social value and where Italian design is at the core of its development.

The secret lies in merging Italian traditions, quality of materials and ways of working with inspirational and innovative ideas from all over the world. The search for quality combined with reliability and with the respect for nature and quality of life are the fundamental features of all collections.

Waterborne paints

WATERBORNE PAINTS

Waterborne paints used for lacquering have virtually no impact on the environment and allow us to produce superior quality furniture while improving:
· scratch resistance
· surface resistance to dry heat
· resistance to light

These paints are certified for use in toys manufacturing (if accidentally swallowed, they do not cause collateral effects).

Anti-bacterical paints

ANTI-BACTERIAL PAINTS

“Silver Power”is a particularly innovative substance with important features: it substantially reduces the activity of microorganisms (fungi and especially bacteria) when added to lacquering waterborne paints.

Natural Panels

PANELS MADE FROM PARTICLES OF ITALIAN POPLAR TREES FROM RENEWABLE FORESTS

Trabattoni uses only natural materials with extremely low formaldehyde emissions for all its furniture: light-weight ecological panels made from particles of Italian poplar wood, which comes from managed renewable plantations.

Photobiological Test

PHOTOBIOLOGICAL TEST

According to EN 62471:2008 regulation, LED products shall be classified according to “risk groups” and photobiological parameters are defined (i.e. photochemical risks for the retina) for each Risk Class, fixing emission limits determined based on the wave lengths. LED products we use have been certified in the “NO RISK CLASS”

(CLASS 0), in compliance with the regulation, which states their safety under any condition. Commitment to research, innovation and use of quality components make it possible produce efficient, quality advanced and safe products.
